FAQ's -- Shipping
Q. What are PrincessLingerie's shipping rates?
Our shipping rate is calculated based on the number of items purchased in each shipment, the shipment method you choose (TNT, SingPost, UPS, DHL or FedEx) and your destination address. Shipping cost will be adviced later when you have confirmed the items you want, as we need to check with the type of shipping method you choose ( SingPost, UPS, DHL or FedEx) the cost.
However, If you are located in Singapore, we recommend you to use TNT Courier Service, Shipping Cost will only be a maximum charge of SGD$15.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note:
The importation of merchandise into countries other than the Singapore may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order.
PrincessLingerie can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.
PrincessLingerie makes international shipments worldwide everyday and we are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. Before importing merchandise into your country, we recommend that you first speak to a customs broker from your country. PrincessLingerie is willing to work with you on invoicing, and other ways to expedite your shipment in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner to the buyer.

# TNT Ground (Singapore Locations Only) - Recommended! Cheap, Fast, and Guaranteed 100% MONEY BACK or New Item, if Package does not arrive. (Postage price no more than SGD$15)
# TNT International Economy/ Priority/ Express
# UPS Worldwide Express
# FedEx International Priority
# FedEx International Economy
# DHL WorldWide Express
Q. How long will it take to arrive?
The shipping estimates listed below represent the estimated amount of time that it will take for merchandise to be shipped from our warehouse. In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than the times listed below.

International: We cannot guarantee how long it will take the third party delivery service, such as TNT, UPS or FedEx, to deliver the package to you.
Q. What do I do if my shipment never arrived?
Please allow up to ten days for delivery. If it still has not arrived, please contact your local post office and/or your Custom with your Delivery Confirmation Number and simply contact us with your order number.
Q. Do I have to pay fully for my items that are Pre-Ordered?
You do not have to pay the full price for Pre-Order Items but you have to place deposit of 50% of the item's price.
Q. Do I have to pay fully for my items that are In-Stock?
Yes, You have to pay the full price of the item plus postage if the items are stated In-Stock. The item will be sent out to you by the next working day once payment is made.
