Q. What are PrincessLingerie's shipping rates?
Our shipping rate is calculated based on the number of items purchased in each shipment, the shipment method you choose (TNT, SingPost, UPS, DHL or FedEx) and your destination address. Shipping cost will be adviced later when you have confirmed the items you want, as we need to check with the type of shipping method you choose ( SingPost, UPS, DHL or FedEx) the cost. However, If you are located in Singapore, we recommend you to use TNT Courier Service, Shipping Cost will only be a maximum charge of SGD$15.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note: The importation of merchandise into countries other than the Singapore may result in additional customs taxes, brokerage and/or duty fees upon delivery of your order. PrincessLingerie can't anticipate these fees, and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. PrincessLingerie makes international shipments worldwide everyday and we are familiar with the logistics and procedures of handling international cargo. Before importing merchandise into your country, we recommend that you first speak to a customs broker from your country. PrincessLingerie is willing to work with you on invoicing, and other ways to expedite your shipment in the most cost-effective and advantageous manner to the buyer.

Q. What do I do if my shipment never arrived?
Please allow up to ten days for delivery. If it still has not arrived, please contact your local post office and/or your Custom with your Delivery Confirmation Number and simply contact us with your order number.
Q. Do I have to pay fully for my items that are Pre-Ordered?
You do not have to pay the full price for Pre-Order Items but you have to place deposit of 50% of the item's price.
Q. Do I have to pay fully for my items that are In-Stock?
Yes, You have to pay the full price of the item plus postage if the items are stated In-Stock. The item will be sent out to you by the next working day once payment is made.

Please take note if you are buying corset or bustier. Corsets or bustiers are designed to be ordered 2 to 3 inches under your natural waist measurement.
For example, if the measurement around the narrowest part of your relaxed waist is 30", you would typically order your corset in size 27" to 28". If one trains down to the point that the corset no longer fits snug, a new corset should be ordered with a reduction of 2 inches from the current laced waist.

The left hand column usually shows the sizes available for ordering, for example, S, M, L, etc. The other columns to the right show the approximate equivalents based on your measurements and/or dress size.
Some items are adjustable or elastic enough that they come in combined sizes. For example, an item might say it's available in two sizes, S/M and M/L, or it might say 1X/2X and 3X/4X. This means, for example, that a size S/M will fit you if you are either a S or M as shown in the size chart. Likewise, a size M/L will fit you if you wear a M or L, as shown in the size chart.
These items are usually made with stretchable material and/or come with adjustable straps making them capable of fitting an array of body shapes and sizes. If you are at either end of the size ranges above, particularly at the upper end, then you may want to avoid the "one size" styles.
